Buying a puppy
How do I reserve a puppy?
Text us about the puppy you love and we’ll set up a FaceTime. A $1,000 deposit holds your puppy for one week, and another $1,000 extends the hold one more week (two weeks max). Deposits go toward the price.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Your deposit takes the puppy off the market, so it’s non-refundable and can’t be moved to a different puppy.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle or cash. The full balance is due before your puppy goes home.
Can I meet the puppy first?
Yes — visit us in Miami by appointment, or we’ll FaceTime so you can see your puppy live from anywhere.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside Florida?
Yes, to all 50 states. A professional flight nanny flies with your puppy in the cabin — never cargo — and meets you at your airport. The cost is the flight plus a $500 nanny fee.
Can I pick up my puppy in Miami?
Yes, pickup in Miami is free, by appointment.

Health
What does the health guarantee cover?
Our 1-year limited guarantee covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions, plus the protections of Florida’s pet sale law. A wellness exam with your vet soon after arrival activates it. See the full guarantee for all terms.

Yes. Every puppy has age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, is microchipped, and goes home with a vaccine record and a health certificate from our USDA-accredited vet. Rabies is given later by your own vet so the certificate is in your name.
Should I get pet insurance?
We strongly recommend it. Tiny breeds can need extra vet care, and insurance covers far more than any breeder guarantee.
Size & care
How big will my puppy get?
Most of our teacups grow to 3–6 lbs. Every puppy’s listing shows an estimated adult weight based on their age and latest weigh-in — it’s our best estimate, not a guarantee.
Is a Pomeranian Spitz the same as a Pomeranian?
Yes. “Pomeranian Spitz” is another name for the Pomeranian, the smallest of the German Spitz family. All of our puppies are purebred Pomeranians.
What do they eat?
Our puppies eat Royal Canin X-Small Puppy. Feed small meals 3–4 times a day, especially in the first weeks — tiny puppies can get low blood sugar if they skip meals.
Do they shed?
Yes. Pomeranians have a double coat and shed year-round, so they aren’t hypoallergenic. Brushing a few times a week keeps them fluffy.

Yes, with the KKF (Korea Kennel Federation). Pedigree papers are sent to you as soon as they arrive from Korea.
