Reserving your puppy

Pick your puppy
Browse the available puppies and text us. We'll set up a FaceTime so you can see your puppy live.

Reserve with $1,000
Your deposit takes the puppy off the market for one week. Need more time? Another $1,000 extends it one more week (two weeks max).

Pay the balance
Your deposit goes toward the price. The balance is due by Zelle or cash before your puppy goes home.

Welcome home
Pick up in Miami, or meet your in-cabin flight nanny at your airport.
Good to know: We only take deposits on puppies that are here with us, so you always see the actual puppy you're reserving. Deposits are non-refundable and can't be moved to a different puppy. If the balance isn't paid by the end of your hold, the puppy becomes available again.

A professional handler flies with your puppy in the cabin — never cargo — and meets you at your airport. We connect you with our flight nanny partner to set the date.

What comes with your puppy

Health certificate
Issued by our USDA-accredited Miami veterinarian.
Vaccine record
Your puppy's passport with every vaccine given, for your vet.
Vaccines & deworming
Rabies is given later by your own vet so the certificate is in your name.
Microchip
Every puppy is microchipped before going home.
KKF pedigree papers
Sent to you as soon as they arrive from Korea.
A few comforts from home
A blanket and toys that smell familiar for the trip.
Lifetime support
Text us any time with questions — for the life of your dog.
What's covered: life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for one year, plus the protections of Florida's pet sale law.
To activate it: take your puppy for a wellness exam with your own vet soon after they arrive. The full terms list the exact timeline.
Not covered: issues common to very small breeds, like kneecap (patella) problems, low blood sugar, trachea and dental issues, plus illness caused by care after your puppy goes home. We strongly recommend pet insurance.

Get ready for your puppy
Before they arrive
- Small crate or travel carrier

- A vet appointment booked for the first week
The first two weeks
- Small meals 3–4 times a day
- Keep them warm and always supervised
- Keep visitors and new places to a minimum
- Take them to your vet for their wellness exam
- Watch for low energy or not eating
